What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Windchill PLM configurations and customizations, ensuring effective implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all critical issues related to Windchill PLM
- Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Participate in Client Review Board meetings to discuss project statuses and solutions
- Oversee the configuration, upgrade, and migration of PTC products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-12 years of experience in Windchill PLM configurations and customizations
- Hands-on experience in System Admin and Business Admin roles
- Proficient knowledge of PDM Link, Project Link, MPM Link, and Change Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and stay updated with industry trends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Thingworx Navigate and CAD tools such as Creo, Catia, or Solidworks
- Familiarity with AWS and ThingWorks technologies
- Previous experience in a similar technical lead role
