      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow business through a defined plan and consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams
      - Coach and train retail sellers on products, programs, services, and technologies at the farm-gate
      - Execute strategic plans in partnership with top retailer sellers, monitoring progress against goals
      - Communicate the total acre value proposition to retail sellers, including brand strategies and digital technology
      - Record all relevant account details in CRM software (Salesforce)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 3 years of direct sales experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience
      - Proven ability to see the "big picture" and understand business drivers related to profitable growth
      - Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
      - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience with Microsoft Office products and CRM software (Salesforce)
