      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the technical specialist for seed, crop protection products (CPP), and foliar nutrition, leveraging strategies to differentiate the product system
      - Coach retail sellers and designated growers on Advanced Acre solutions in collaboration with the internal sales team
      - Conduct technical training sessions for retail locations and facilitate virtual services and product delivery
      - Provide feedback and insights to inform product pipeline and assist in internal training for sales teams
      - Engage in continuous skill enhancement through training meetings and collaboration with regional influencers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a business-related field plus 5 years of industry experience; or 10 years of successful work experience in agronomy
      - Experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
      - Proven ability to diagnose customer expectations and respond promptly
      - Proactive communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% within an assigned sales area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in agronomy or a closely related field
      - Experience in developing and educating others on products, services, and programs
      - Familiarity with competitive market analysis and product positioning
