What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and manage wireless local area network (WLAN) equipment as part of a technology refresh initiative
- Provide predictive heat mapping and onsite surveys to optimize network performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot WLAN networks using tools like Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Solarwinds
- Manage WLAN infrastructures, including access points and wireless LAN controllers
- Support and maintain network equipment and configurations, including routers and routing protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Public Trust Clearance and ITILv4 Foundation Certification by start date
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7-12 years of related experience
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cisco Certified Network Professional Wireless (CCNP Wireless) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer (CCIE)
- Experience with SD-WAN architectures and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
- Familiarity with network monitoring systems and technologies like Active Directory and ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including holidays
