The Wireless Sales Expert is responsible for driving sales and support within our indirect retail stores for an assigned geographic area (McAllen, TX). As a Wireless Sales Expert, you will support retail stores in delivering sales by side-by-side selling and store events as well as, building relationships, educating on current initiatives and ensuring proper execution of merchandising within each location. With your company-supplied tablet, mobile phone, and event kit, you will have all the tools needed to assist each location. Responsibilites include:

• Sell, Sell, Sell
• Lead and execute store events and side-by-side selling opportunities
• Develop a strategic plan for your stores based on insights from analysis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your retail store and product partners
• Ensure proper execution of merchandising and displays are met
• Help educate stores on select products, services and systems
• Deliver sales growth
• Assist with resolving retailer's sales or technical issues
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• 75% travel within assigned area (McAllen, TX)
• Organization and time management skills, detail-oriented
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience?in a multi-store environment
• Ability to influence key decision makers
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus!

Salary Description

$20/hour + Commission
