Employer is seeking a Wireless Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in MS, AL, and TN. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for employees and committed to supporting the company's strategic vision. They will be responsible for identifying the technology needs of customers and leveraging their product knowledge to integrate diversified technology offerings into consumers' lives with ease and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated and personalized customer experiences to wireless customers
- Execute various customer management techniques to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve a range of customer service inquiries including billing, technical troubleshooting, and service change requests
- Focus on resolving customer needs during the first interaction to meet organizational goals
- Bring the company's strategic vision of a diversified technology company to life
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent required; four-year college degree strongly preferred
- Two years or more call center experience required
- Four years customer service experience preferred
- Two years or more telecommunications experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills required
- Basic aptitude with technology-based solutions and products required
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Work in a call center environment fielding inbound calls from current and potential customers
- Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
