Our Women in Finance (WiF) Sponsorship Program is targeted at talented University students interested in a career in financial services and banking. The sponsorship will include a cash grant of NZD5,000, one-on-one mentorship from a senior member of our Investment Banking team in New Zealand, and fast-tracking through our recruitment process when it commences in early 2024.

The recipient of the Sponsorship will receive:

• Fast-tracking through our recruitment process when it commences in early 2024;

• A sponsorship grant of NZD5,000 cash for you to use at your discretion;

• Opportunities to participate in training and mentorship by one of the senior members of the Investment Banking Group in New Zealand

• Invitations to social events and learning & development workshops with Jarden team members.

Eligibility:

• You will be aligned with our values and culture, including refusing to be average, being passionately curious, achieving more together and valuing each other.

• You will have an interest in business and finance;

• You will need to be currently studying at University or just finished;

• All candidates must have the legal right to work in New Zealand (including, if necessary, a work visa).
