What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the campus pastor to plan and execute women's initiatives and gatherings
- Oversee discipleship content, strategy, and events for the campus
- Lead a women's discipleship leadership team of volunteers focused on multiplication
- Offer Bible study options and coordinate quarterly Coffee and Connections events
- Attend and participate in church-wide events, contributing to the overall mission of the church

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated gifts in leadership, training, and discipleship
- Commitment to servant leadership and dependence on God
- Organized and proficient in administration, with the ability to work well in a team context
- Commitment to the local church and willingness to become a member of the organization
- Ability to engage with church leadership during the interview process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in church leadership or discipleship roles
- Familiarity with church community dynamics and event planning
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups within the church
- Enthusiasm for fostering relationships among women in the church community
