What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient order information
- Collaboration with other teams to ensure correct order handling
- Act as a bridge between the laboratory and Customer Success for a seamless customer experience
- Support in the recognition and development of process efficiencies
- Identify issues and trends to develop best practices for customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Expert knowledge of Mac OS X
- Excellent typing skills - must be able to type 70+ wpm and 7,000+ KPH
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Able to handle complex issues and workflows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Experience in a customer success role
