What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic plans for equipping women in ministry on a national level
- Serve as a thought leader for ministry to women and women in general ministry
- Build networks of women and connect with pre-existing networks to develop trainers
- Oversee content development and choose trainers for various programs and events
- Actively participate on Lifeway Women’s leadership team to develop resources for ministry to women

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of church staff or denominational experience
- 5 years of event planning experience
- Strong relationship management and networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, speaking, and teaching skills
- Advanced organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree preferred in Seminary MRE, MCM, MM, MTS, M. Div
