What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place calls to existing stockholders to assist with inquiries and provide voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings
- Maintain a professional phone presence while communicating effectively with stockholders
- Handle problems and issues tactfully to ensure positive shareholder experiences
- Utilize computer systems and technology to manage calls and track interactions
- Participate in project-based employment, working 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a personal computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM; MAC/Chromebook/Linux/S mode not supported)
- Strong internet connection is required
- Technologically proficient with experience in using computer systems
- Excellent communication, listening skills, and phone presence
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle problems and issues tactfully

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, investments, or a call center environment
- Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks/investments
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
