      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of products and applications, while addressing inbound customer queries
      - Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures, escalating customer issues as necessary
      - Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 21 years of age
      - Full-time availability
      - Excellent home internet hardwired; Wi-Fi is not permitted
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
      - Excellent computer skills
      - Bilingualism (French and English) is required to assist clients across Canada and worldwide

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or technical support roles
      - Knowledge of diagnostic tools and procedures
      - Familiarity with various customer relationship management (CRM) software
