      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and timely manner
      - Utilize training and knowledge base to accurately respond to customer inquiries and promote products and services
      - Listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively
      - Document and process customer orders accurately in the system
      - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed on program changes and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center environment
      - State or Federal work experience
