      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and promptly
      - Utilize training and knowledge to answer customer inquiries and promote products and services
      - Resolve customer issues by listening and understanding their needs
      - Document and process customer orders accurately in the system
      - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed on program updates and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately
      - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center environment
      - Relevant state or federal work experience
