      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
      - Accurately answer customer inquiries and sell appropriate products and services
      - Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and researching information
      - Document and process customer orders in the appropriate systems
      - Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
      - Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment
      - State or Federal work experience
