What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell existing products while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously.
- Accurately document and process customer orders using appropriate systems.
- Resolve customer issues by listening, understanding their needs, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on program knowledge and changes.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Windows operating systems.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment.
- Experience in state or federal work environments.
