      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      - Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools
      - Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
      - Maintain knowledge of client products/services and prepare accurate work
      - Offer additional products/services and track information in call tracking database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 18 years of age
      - High School or secondary school diploma required; College, University, or post-secondary diploma preferred
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience; contact center experience preferred
      - Positive attitude, passion for customer care, and professionalism
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Computer literacy and experience with CRM tools
      - Flexible schedule availability and team player mentality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cloud-based CRM and telephony tools
      - Typing speed of minimum 35 words per minute
      - Logical approach to problem resolution and willingness to help
