What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Help Desk phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to appropriate staff members
- Acquire knowledge and proficiency in systems leveraged by the Help Desk to assist members effectively
- Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with the startup of new clients, including group enrollments, changes, and deletions
- Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and processing credit cards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Preferred educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
- Exceptional phone, listening, written, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with PC skills, including Microsoft Office
