      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Help Desk phone coverage for incoming and outbound calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
      - Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure complete client satisfaction
      - Assist with the startup of new clients, including group enrollments, changes, and deletions
      - Perform office duties as needed, including copying, collating, mailings, and filing
      - Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
      - Exceptional phone and listening skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Preferred PC skills, including Microsoft Office
      - Experience in a healthcare-related service is beneficial
