      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Ability to work independently from home while maintaining productivity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or contact center environments
      - Familiarity with using function keys and navigating various software applications
      - Ownership of a wired USB headset and webcam for optimal communication
      - Previous experience working in a remote setting
