What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by phone in selecting the right products and providing post-sales support
- Troubleshoot product application questions and resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Document customer interactions and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Capture customer feedback about products and relay it to product teams
- Adhere to established processes to exceed customer expectations during peak times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience in motors, engines, generators, or power transmission components
- Proven ability to communicate with external and internal customers effectively
- Proficiency in computer use and ability to manage multiple applications at once
- Strong technical knowledge of power transmission and motion control components
- Availability to work an 8.5-hour schedule from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HVAC power components and condenser fan motors
- Background in engine-driven generators, soft starts, VFDs, and DC speed controls
- Familiarity with Grainger's online catalog and product search capabilities
