What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels

- Present insurance policy options and explain features, benefits, exclusions, and costs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Life insurance license required; additional insurance licenses a plus
