- Apply feedback to improve call quality
- Guide conversations and utilize sales techniques to convert calls into reservations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed monthly metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Tennessee
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- Defined workspace at home free of distractions
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales-oriented role
- Proficiency with Windows PC and technical equipment
