- Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book reservations for multiple brands worldwide
- Apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations while providing exceptional customer service
- Receive and implement feedback from managers to improve call quality
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics
- Adhere to a set full-time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in one of the specified states
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- At least two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
- Permanent residence with a defined working space free from distractions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old
