      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs, problem-solving, and delivering a "wow" experience
      - Advocate for customers by owning issue resolution in compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Investigate customer concerns and implement process improvements based on trending issues
      - Support other customer service advocates by guiding them through customer issues and providing feedback
      - Exercise independent decision-making and problem-solving skills to address complex customer situations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
      - At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience
      - At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
