      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
      - Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
      - Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in HR data analysis and reporting
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a team environment
      - Previous experience in HR projects or initiatives
