Role Description: Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our team in Culver City, CA, with the expectation to work onsite from Day 1 (4 days/week). The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, with strong functional and technical understanding of core HCM processes, configuration, and optimization.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancementsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurationsCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reportingManage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systemsEnsure compliance with internal policies and security standardsConduct testing, training, and documentation as neededMust-Have Qualifications:8+ years of Workday HCM experienceStrong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environmentsExcellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentGood-to-Have Skills:Experience with Workday ExtendKnowledge of Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting modulesFamiliarity with Workday Studio and integration frameworksWorkday certification(s) are a must Competencies: Business Process Management(BPM), Workday HCM Technical
