What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Workday HCM, focusing on Absence, Benefits, Performance, and Learning modules
- Configure, test, and deploy validations, rules, and processes within Workday
- Create and modify reports to align with business requirements
- Participate in ad hoc special projects as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday HCM configuration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including linking worksheets and using pivot tables
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment

- Workday Certification
- Experience with report writing training
