What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems aligned with the employer’s needs and strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions or processes
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for system improvements
- Translate HR People Team business needs into technical requirements and actionable software solutions
- Foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams for incident response, system maintenance, and upgrades
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Workday HR systems in Recruiting, Compensation, BP Workflows, and functional Reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design

- Experience in driving operational efficiency and automation within HR systems
- Familiarity with secure design practices in software development
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in fostering collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams
