      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems to meet organizational needs
      - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions or processes
      - Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for system improvements
      - Translate HR business needs into technical requirements and actionable software solutions
      - Foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams for incident response and system upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2+ years of experience with HR/People systems, preferably Workday
      - Knowledge of Workday HR systems in areas such as Recruiting, Compensation, BP Workflows, and functional Reporting
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
      - Passion for driving operational efficiency and automation in HR systems
