      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a technical subject matter expert in HR, Benefits, and Payroll office configuration, integrations, security, and reporting
      - Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with HR processes
      - Develop, support, and maintain integrations with HCM-related vendors and products that connect with Workday
      - Conduct regular system audits and data integrity checks to maintain accurate employee records
      - Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues, providing timely support to end-users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus two years of post-production support experience with at least two Workday HCM areas: Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, and Benefits
      - Hands-on experience configuring business processes, condition rules, notifications, and alerts in one or more functional areas
      - Experience developing advanced reports, dashboards, EIBs, and basic Workday security
      - Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday Core Connectors or Cloud Connect integrations
      - Effective communication skills with the ability to understand functional business needs and explain technical possibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
      - Workday Certification in core HCM or Benefits
      - Experience with SnapLogic and Workday Studio
      - Experience with Workday Extend
      - Previous experience in higher education
