What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end development, project management, implementation, support, and deployment of Workday Integrations
- Gather requirements and develop, manage, and support Workday end-to-end integrations with internal and external applications
- Monitor and recommend optimizations for the health and performance of Workday Integrations
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the integration deployment process
- Create and maintain appropriate system documentation and communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or at least 6 years of experience in a technical application environment
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end integrations
- Deep hands-on experience and knowledge of Workday Integrations including EIBs and integration tools
- Strong knowledge of Workday security model, business process, reporting, and configuration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Orchestration experience and Workday Extend experience
- Workday Pro Certification
- Consulting experience in the Workday ecosystem
- Knowledge of SOX compliance
- Understanding of supported business functions across the Workday platform
