What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payroll for multiple legal entities across various states and provinces in the US and Canada
- Validate and ensure accuracy of payroll data in Workday, including changes, hours, and earnings
- Oversee timely and accurate payroll record updates for relocations, stock, and other gross-ups
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll processing and tax-related issues
- Assist in maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years experience with Workday Payroll
- At least 6+ years of progressive payroll-related experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of multi-state and local payroll tax experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OSV or ADP SmartCompliance required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
