What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Workday Student Admissions Analyst on the Workday Student team
- Document existing processes and contribute to the design of new business processes
- Test new and existing processes and develop training and communication materials
- Provide guidance to System resources and assist in the implementation of Workday functionality
- Demonstrate key product features and facilitate knowledge transfer to the project team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Educational equivalent of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year of experience working in admissions
- Ability to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to support various UA campuses
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Knowledge of the process being transformed and its integration with other initiatives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing, and supporting student admission processes
- Experience with change management related to recruitment/admissions management ERP systems
