What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead architect for the implementation and ongoing management of third-party integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments to gather requirements and design solutions
- Proactively manage system stability, performance, and security, addressing issues promptly
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Workday technical analysts, fostering knowledge sharing
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication on project goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of applications experience
- At least 2 years of Workday experience as a technical lead or in a similar environment
- Demonstrable experience in ERP implementation projects, specifically in HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Proficiency in JAVA, Microsoft languages, or Python programming languages

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday Integration tools: Workday Report Writer, Workday EIB, Workday Studio, SOAP and REST Services
- Workday certifications or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
