What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead architect for the implementation and management of third-party integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and design technical solutions
- Proactively manage system stability, performance, and security
- Oversee vendor relationships for third-party application integration
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Workday technical analysts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of applications experience
- At least 2 years of Workday experience in a technical lead role
- Demonstrable experience in ERP implementation projects within HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Workday Integration tools and programming languages such as JAVA, Microsoft languages, or Python

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday certifications or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Workday EIB, Workday Studio, and other integration technologies
