      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the workers' compensation claims process, including initial claims opening, return to work, and light/modified duty
      - Collaborate with external parties such as TPA and legal counsel regarding claims management and litigation
      - Track injury trends and costs, providing reports to Occupational/Safety departments
      - Conduct ergonomic assessments and maintain compliance with Washington Ergonomics law
      - Manage vendor services contracts and coordinate with Safety and Risk departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Washington State WWCP certification or ability to obtain certification within one (1) year
      - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in workers' compensation claims management for Washington and Oregon
      - Extensive knowledge of workers' compensation laws in Washington and Oregon
      - Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
      - Valid driver's license and successful criminal background check as required by law

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - WWCP or Washington Certified Claims Administrator designation
      - Experience in ergonomics and workplace safety initiatives
      - Strong data analysis skills with experience in reporting
      - Proven ability to train and coach staff effectively
      - Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements
