What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions
- Investigate and monitor claims in accordance with established procedures
- Provide recommendations to lower claim costs and facilitate timely closures
- Liaise between clients and insurance carriers/TPAs to ensure effective communication
- Prepare reports detailing claims, payments, and reserves for client review
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation claims experience or TPA claims oversight experience
- Experience in PEO or staffing workers' compensation claims oversight is a plus
- Proven ability to work as a remote employee in a distributed work team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling workers' compensation claims in multiple jurisdictions
- Background in managing litigation requests from attorneys
- Familiarity with claims management systems and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
