      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, gather, and transmit workers' compensation information to the company in a timely manner
      - Investigate, evaluate, and resolve lost time Workers' Compensation claims
      - Mediate situations between insured and insurance company, including researching coverage issues
      - Enter and maintain accurate information on a computer system during the claim process
      - Generate checks for indemnity and medical payments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School education with college preferred
      - Minimum of five years claims experience with a strong background in Workers' Compensation claims handling
      - Jurisdictional expertise and required licensing in FL, KY, SC, VA, NJ, RI, MA, NC
      - Knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and claims processing procedures
      - Ability to work with persons under adverse or highly emotional conditions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims handling
