What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, review, evaluate, and administer workers' compensation claims
- Review medical reports and set reserves
- Approve medical bills for payment and file necessary documentation
- Interview and correspond with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and physicians
- Represent the employer at various workers' compensation and industrial leave claims actions and hearings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 5 years or more experience in Claims and Litigation OR a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience in Claims and Litigation
- Knowledge of claims handling and legal statutes and procedures
- Customer service experience
- Workers' Compensation experience in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in non-subscriber claims
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with industry best practices and protocols
