      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the Assistant Case Manager and Management Analyst/Office Manager
      - Manage a small caseload and support the day-to-day management of workers' compensation claims
      - Conduct supervisory workers' compensation training for new supervisors
      - Prepare files for mediations and hearings, and perform provider bill and claim audits
      - Compile quarterly, monthly, and yearly departmental reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Combination of related post-secondary education, training, or experience in Workers' Compensation claims management
      - Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail and accuracy
      - Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures, applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies
      - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in workers' compensation claims management
      - Ability to train others and handle competing priorities and deadlines
      - Knowledge of negotiation techniques for agreements and settlements
