      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries about policy terms, coverage, and service requests
      - Process policy change requests, updates, cancellations, terminations, renewals, and audits
      - Ensure accurate data entry into company and carrier systems while maintaining updated client files
      - Review and verify policy documents for completeness and accuracy
      - Communicate updates, changes, and service improvements to team members and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
      - Knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
      - Proficient with MS Office, including intermediate proficiency in Excel
      - Experience with data entry in computer systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred
