      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with workers' compensation service vendors, brokers, and the employer to ensure proper handling of claims
      - Provide advice on claims management, compensability, and settlement strategies
      - Ensure timely reporting of workers' compensation claims and facilitate return-to-work capabilities
      - Coordinate training for management on injury reporting, drug testing, and compliance with company policies
      - Monitor claim costs and vendor performance to ensure alignment with the employer’s interests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation claims
      - General knowledge of workers' compensation laws and state-specific regulations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and third-party claims management systems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
