What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate requests for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Manage a caseload of open accommodation requests
- Engage with employees, medical professionals, supervisors, and HR Business Partners to facilitate workplace accommodations
- Document accommodation requests and facilitate the interactive process to determine effective solutions
- Stay current on State and Federal laws and regulations regarding the ADA and provide education to employers and employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Vocational Rehabilitation or a similar field
- Experience in RTW services, labor relations, absence management, disability claim management, or project management
- Familiarity with ADA and FMLA regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
