What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the IT application owner of the Workforce Software solution, ensuring its maintenance and success
- Analyze business strategy and document specifications to translate business objectives into detailed requirements
- Support application enhancement changes to deliver business value and resolve issues
- Develop data quality and governance automations for accurate data management
- Build and execute test plans, perform functional testing, and assure user acceptance testing of completed projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (additional years of experience may offset degree requirement)
- Minimum of 5 years of system administrator or business analyst experience
- Experience in business process definition and requirements development for integrated business applications
- Knowledge in implementation and support of Workforce Software and third-party payroll providers
- Experience in data governance, data management, and data interface work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with various data sources and data transformation routines
- Familiarity with IT Methodology for documentation and project management
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis
