What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage NC WAP's pre-apprenticeship/apprenticeship programs, ensuring alignment with state and federal standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish program goals, recruitment strategies, and participant success metrics
- Oversee program operations, including participant onboarding, curriculum alignment, and certification tracking
- Act as a liaison with industry partners to identify workforce demands and enhance opportunities for graduates
- Monitor program success through regular reporting and adapt strategies to improve outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in workforce development program management, including apprenticeship program creation or administration
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with energy efficiency or weatherization programs is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel across North Carolina
