      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and monitor product production for the employer
      - Supervise employees, ensuring a competent and motivated team through hiring, training, and performance reviews
      - Set up work, train, and monitor staff and individual workers with disabilities for quality and safety
      - Act as a liaison between floor staff and Production Manager to coordinate schedules and address employee concerns
      - Perform duties and special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two or more years of experience in an individual contributor lead position
      - Three or more years of relevant industry work
      - One or more years working with adults with disabilities
      - Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software
      - Bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Services or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated supervisory skills in hiring, training, and employee relations
      - Ability to communicate effectively, including listening, verbal, and written skills
      - Critical thinking skills to identify solutions to problems
      - Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
      - Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility
