What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize forecasting models to accurately predict donor volume in both the short and long term
- Maintain staffing models to proactively anticipate staffing needs based on attrition and volume trends
- Perform time studies to measure task efficiency and agent performance
- Monitor case and task pipelines to identify gaps and recommend load balancing actions
- Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for resource utilization improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, quantitative disciplines, business, finance, or relevant experience
- Two to three years of workforce planning experience or relevant data analytical experience
- Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices
- Proficiency in using Excel to build and maintain complex forecasting models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical principles to business needs

- Familiarity with call center performance metrics and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
