TCS BPS is hiring Business Analyst Professionals @Pune @Hyderabad!!

Essential

· Graduate with 5-10 years of experience

· Prior experience in role of business analyst within Agile projects

· Good understanding of Workforce Management domain with knowledge of KPIs, best practices

· Working knowledge of software technologies and applications within WFM processes

· Extensive experience with data visualization & high proficiency working on relevant MS Office applications including VISIO

· Good documentation skills – BRDs, process maps, SIPOCs, user stories

· Capability of deploying solutions and using templates & frameworks.

· Knowledge of process mapping methodology and terminology using BPM platform

· Good vendor management skills (will have to liaise with vendors like Celonis, Aris, Microsoft, Power BI)

· Working knowledge of process mining / task mining applications preferable

· Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process improvement opportunities

· Good knowledge and experience of using MS Office applications incl. MS word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project Plan, MS Visio

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with very good presentation skills

· Possess effective problem-solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.

· Good stakeholder management skills experience
