What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and monitor client-assigned tasks and deliverables within the ADP implementation project plan
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with the client team and project manager
- Assist clients with translating current labor categories to the Workforce Management Business Structure
- Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization’s Workforce Management setup
- Support clients in testing key areas to ensure proper functionality and access prior to go-live
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Workforce Manager
- Experience with UKG Dimensions
- Ability to work part-time on a project-based schedule
- Must be available to coordinate with clients located on the East Coast
- Strong communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in project management within Payroll or Human Capital Management
- Familiarity with ADP implementation processes
- Experience in conducting training sessions for diverse groups
- Knowledge of labor rules and pay policies
- Ability to develop and manage project documentation
